Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g oat flakes
- 100 g seeds, mixed
- 60 g flaxseed
- 60 g almond sticks
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp oil
- 220 ml water
- 100 g wholemeal rye flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 13 hours 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients and let stand overnight (at least 12 hours). Then pour into a nonstick baking pan or a dish lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes. Then remove from the pan and bake for another 30 minutes.
