Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp water, lukewarm
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 16 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 16 hours 10 minutes
Knead all ingredients thoroughly. Then wrap in foil and let rest in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. Then roll out thinly and fill as desired (e.g., with minced pork and spices), brushing the ends with water. Then cook in soup or in a steamer for about 10-15 minutes.
