World's best and easiest vegan chocolate mousse

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 800 g silken tofu (Taifun, Alnatura)
  • 400 g dark chocolate, couverture or block chocolate
  • ½ organic orange(s), peel
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • e.g. vanilla
  • n. B. Tonka bean abrasion
  • e.g. gingerbread spice

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Tip: Some of the dark chocolate can be replaced with vegan white chocolate or a milk chocolate alternative. Meanwhile, puree the silken tofu with a hand blender or mixer. Add the melted chocolate and the zest of half an organic orange, cinnamon, vanilla, or Christmas spices (this is optional). Blend everything again for 2 minutes and pour into a bowl or small glasses. The dessert should chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
