Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tofu, natural
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice
  • Desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Puree the tofu. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the tofu along with the rum, vanilla sugar, and gingerbread spice. Mix everything well, transfer to a bowl, and refrigerate for 2 hours. Before serving, scoop out small dumplings with a tablespoon and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
