Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 ½ liters of Ginger Ale, well chilled
  • 5 limes
  • 4 tbsp cane sugar
  • 4 stalks of mint, the leaves of which
  • 500 g strawberries, fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 400 ml vodka, as needed
  • 5 handfuls of crushed ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with vodka or non-alcoholic

Cut the limes into eighths and mash them with the cane sugar and mint leaves in a saucepan. Slice the strawberries. Empty the crushed ice into a large punch bowl and top with the sliced ​​strawberries and the lime mixture. Top with chilled ginger ale. For something a little more fun, simply replace some of the ginger ale with vodka (about 400 ml, depending on your taste). The punch also tastes wonderful with frozen raspberries. It’s best enjoyed immediately after making it. We have it in the summer instead of coffee and cake!
