Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 750 ml milk
- 250 ml cooking cream
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 50 g chocolate (fine cream chocolate)
- 40 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp cocoa (dark fine cocoa)
- 2 eggs
- 70 g cornstarch

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the cream and 500 ml of the milk in a saucepan, add the chopped chocolate, and bring to a boil. Separate the eggs and place the egg yolks in a tall bowl with all the other ingredients. Beat thoroughly with a hand blender. Pour into the boiling chocolate milk while stirring continuously. Let simmer for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the cooled pudding.
