Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 wraps
- 20 slices of smoked salmon
- 200 g cream cheese with horseradish
- 1 bowl of cress
- 1 pack of arugula
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Briefly heat the wraps in the microwave (about 20 seconds) beforehand so they are easier to roll later. Gather the salmon and cream cheese. Wash the arugula, trim off any long stalks, and tear the arugula into small pieces. Chop the cress. Spread the entire surface of each wrap with about 3 tablespoons of horseradish cream cheese. Then, if desired, top the wrap with about 3-4 slices of smoked salmon and then garnish with cress and arugula. To make the wraps easier to roll up, don’t put too much topping on the edges of the filled wrap. The easiest way to hold the rolled wrap together is to spread a thin layer of horseradish cream cheese on the very end of the wrap, which will help it stick to the rolled wrap. Eat immediately, as desired, or roll the wraps individually in aluminum foil and refrigerate.
