Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 wraps
  • 200 g turkey schnitzel
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • cucumber(s), sliced
  • 6 tomatoes, dried
  • 8 tbsp yogurt
  • some lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • some basil, fresh or dried
  • Oregano, dried
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

for hot summer days

Marinate the turkey schnitzels with olive oil, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper and let marinate for at least 2 hours. Mix the yogurt with lemon juice, salt, and finely chopped basil and let marinate. Slice the cucumber. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips. Heat the wraps according to the package instructions. Fry the schnitzels in a grill pan on both sides until cooked through. Then cut into strips. Spread the yogurt sauce over the wraps. Place two lettuce leaves on one half and arrange the cucumber and tomatoes on top. Place the hot schnitzel strips on top. Fold the wrap once and enjoy.
