- 250 g broccoli
- 100 g cheese, grated, Emmental
- 50 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Salt
- black pepper, freshly ground
- chili flakes

The quick pizza when time is of the essence…
Clean the broccoli, divide it into small florets, and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Then remove it from the water with a colander. DO NOT place it in cold water, but let it drain on kitchen paper. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat), and place a baking tray on the countertop. Mix the sour cream, ketchup, and seasonings well in a bowl. Place the wrap on the baking tray and spread the mixture, leaving about 1.5 cm free around the edge of the wrap. Distribute the broccoli florets on the wrap and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place on the middle rack of the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes. The wrap pizza can, of course, be topped with anything else you like—according to your own taste.
