  • 2 tortillas
  • ½ avocado(s)
  • ½ ball of mozzarella
  • ½ orange(s) or tangerine
  • some tomatoes, small

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, easy and vegetarian

First, chop the vegetables, fruit, and mozzarella into small pieces. Then place everything evenly in the center of the tortillas, fold in the opposite sides, and roll them up. Finally, heat the tortillas in a preheated oven at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for about 5-10 minutes. Tips: – If you like, you can refine the dish with a little natural yogurt. – Chopping the ingredients beforehand will make the dish cook even faster. – If the tortilla roll doesn’t want to hold together, simply secure it with a toothpick. – Heating the tortilla rolls one after the other instead of at the same time will keep them fresher and warmer for longer.
