Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 24 Nuremberg bratwursts
- some vegetable oil for frying
- 1 onion(s)
- 300 g sauerkraut
- 200 g sour cream
- 4 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
- 2 tsp, heaped honey, liquid
- salt and pepper
- 6 wraps
- Margarine for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with honey-mustard sour cream and onions
Fry the sausages in a pan with a little vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown. Meanwhile, peel the onion and slice it into thin half rings. Add the sliced onion to the sausages and fry until golden brown. Then remove the sausages and onions from the pan. Heat the sauerkraut in the pan with a little water until the liquid has evaporated. Remove the sauerkraut from the pan and set aside. Mix the sour cream with honey and mustard in a bowl. Season with pepper and salt. Spread the honey and sour cream on the wraps, spread the sauerkraut on top, then top each with 4 sausages and some of the onions. Roll up the wraps. Heat a little margarine in the pan and fry the wraps on all sides over medium heat until golden brown.
