Wrong Fillet of Beef
The perfect wrong fillet of beef recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 200 ml Red wine
- 1 tbsp Rocket pesto [my KB]
- 1 tbsp Honey liquid
- 2 cl Cognac
- Parry the fillet and pin up the thin end

- Reduce the beef broth [see KB], red wine and the gravy from the baking dish to 150 ml.
