- 24 Poles Fresh asparagus
- 50 g Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Peel the asparagus as usual.
- Place a few flakes of butter in the center of a sufficiently large piece of aluminum foil, sprinkle some salt and pepper on top and then layer six stalks of asparagus on top.
- Salt and pepper these again and cover with a few flakes of butter.
- Now fold in the film first from the long side and then close the package from the narrow sides.
- Place on a baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven at approx. 200 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes (depending on thickness).
