Vegetables: Simple Oven Asparagus

The perfect vegetables: simple oven asparagus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 24 Poles Fresh asparagus
  • 50 g Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Peel the asparagus as usual.
  2. Place a few flakes of butter in the center of a sufficiently large piece of aluminum foil, sprinkle some salt and pepper on top and then layer six stalks of asparagus on top.
  3. Salt and pepper these again and cover with a few flakes of butter.
  4. Now fold in the film first from the long side and then close the package from the narrow sides.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven at approx. 200 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes (depending on thickness).
