Würz – Vegetable Paste

Würz – vegetable paste
- 2 Fresh root parsley
- 0,25 Leek
- 2 Onions
- 3 Carrots
- 1 piece Celeriac (remainder)
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Pair Wild garlic (leftovers from our own garden)
- 1 branch Lovage (from own garden)
- Parsley to taste (unfortunately no longer had)
- 10 g Coarse salt (remainder)
- Add coarse salt and mix everything together well. Stir until the salt has completely dissolved. Take clean screw-top jars, pour in and close with a lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to one (1) year.
