Snack: Granola Bars with Honey

The perfect snack: granola bars with honey recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 40 g Dried cranberries
  • 50 g Dried apricots
  • 30 g Dried dates
  • 40 g Hazelnuts
  • 40 g Cashews
  • 200 g Oatmeal
  • 30 g Puffed quinoa
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 80 g Honey
  • 2 tbsp Melted coconut oil
  • 1 Pc. Protein
  1. Chop the dried fruits together with the nuts in the food processor into fine pieces. Stir in the oatmeal and puffed quinoa. Mix in honey and coconut oil with the vanilla extract and finally carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg white.
  2. Spread the mixture in a rectangular baking pan lined with baking paper, press it flat and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees fan for about 20 minutes.
  3. Then remove and cut into oblong rectangular bars while still warm. Then let it cool down and sprinkle with liquid white chocolate if you like.
