X-mas Panna Cotta

The perfect x-mas panna cotta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 Milliliters Whipped cream
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 piece Vanilla pod
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 1 packet Ground gelatin
  1. Halve the vanilla pod, scrape it out and add everything to the cream. Add sugar, cinnamon and orange zest to the cream, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir frequently
  2. Let the gelatin soak in a little water
  3. Remove from the heat, remove the vanilla pod and stir in the gelatin. Put in the fridge and cool for at least 4.
  4. Now the whole thing can be served with a few orange fillets.
