Men’s Burgers, Bacon, Extreme
The recipe for the ultimate burger! You’ll be truly full after this! Form patties with the seasoned ground beef and use a small glass to scoop out the center of each one to create a donut shape. Then wrap them in bacon. In a preheated pan, first fry the bacon patties on both sides at low temperature (the time varies depending on the size). After a few minutes, add the egg to the center of the donut and fry. I always trust my gut when it comes to the time, depending on the size and thickness of the meat donuts. I try to leave the egg in the pan long enough for the egg white to be set and the yolk to be runny. Then fry it on both sides at high temperature so the bacon is crispy. When flipping, make sure the egg doesn’t fall out! I add the cheese for a short time at the end so it melts, but you can also just put it on the bun. Cut the peppers into rings. Cut the bun in half and spread with sauces, such as ketchup, as desired. Then place the crispy bacon and egg donut on top. Now you can add peppers and other toppings (onion rings, lettuce leaves, more bacon, etc.). The sky’s the limit. It all depends on your personal taste!
