Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 250 g green beans
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 large bell pepper(s), green
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp white pepper
- oil
- 6 large spring onions
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the potatoes and carrots into approximately 2 cm long wedges. Boil the potatoes, carrots, and beans for 5 minutes and drain the water. Meanwhile, chop the onions and peppers and fry them in a large pan with a little oil. Season with garlic, salt, ginger, and pepper and add the cooked vegetables. Continue frying for about 10 minutes.
