Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp curry
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, sweet or hot
  • 5 juniper berries, crushed, if desired
  • 1 small onion(s), chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp spice mix (lamb spice), if desired
  • possibly chili pepper(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

spicy, quick and sophisticatedly simple

Combine all ingredients and blend with a whisk or hand blender. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot or cold. Add chilies to taste.
