Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 15 g yeast
  • 40 g sugar
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 60 g butter or margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g butter or margarine, room temperature
  • 50 g sugar
  • 75 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 small bottle(s) flavoring (lemon)
  • Grease for the tray
  • Flour for the baking sheet

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Make a yeast dough from 250g flour, 40g sugar, 15g yeast, milk, salt, 60g butter or margarine, and 1 egg. Let the dough rest for half an hour. Roll it out and place it on a greased and lightly mottled baking sheet. Let the dough rest for another half hour. Then prick it several times with a fork. For the crumble, mix together 50g butter or margarine and 50g sugar. Add the cinnamon, lemon flavoring, and 75g flour and grind everything into crumbs. Spread evenly over the yeast dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Make sure the base doesn’t get too brown.
