Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ¾ liter of milk
  • pepper, black
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Dice the ham. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Make a roux with the butter or margarine and the flour. Then add the milk and cream, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Season the sauce generously with pepper. Alternate the pasta and ham in the dish, then pour the sauce over the pasta. Finally, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C until golden brown. Serve hot.
