Ingredients

  • 300 g Wheat flour type 550
  • 10 g Yeast, fresh
  • 125 ml Milk, lukewarm
  • 1 Pr Sugar
  • 50 g Butter
  • 30 g Lard
  • 1 Pc. Egg (M)
  • 0,5 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Crumble the yeast. Add a pinch of sugar and the lukewarm milk. Mix with the whisk of the food processor and add 3 tablespoons of flour. Cover and keep this pre-dough warm for 30 minutes.
  • Sieve the remaining flour onto the pre-dough. Put the butter, lard and egg on top. Scatter the salt on top.
  • Mix the pre-dough, the flour and the ingredients with the dough hook of the food processor on the lowest setting for 1 minute. Then knead the mixture into the dough at level 1 in approx. 4 minutes. Cover the dough again and keep warm for 45 minutes.
  • Spread out the dough on a floured surface and fold it towards the middle. Then turn it over and process it further (portioning, curling).
  • Leave to rest for another 30 minutes on the tray or in the baking pan. Then bake in the preheated oven. The temperature and baking time depend on the type of baked goods.
