Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 15 g yeast
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 120 ml milk, just under
  • 1 egg(s), including the yolk
  • 25 g butter, soft
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Both sweet with berries or with roast pork with prunes

Combine flour, sugar, salt, and egg yolk in a food processor. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and add it to the food processor. Add softened butter and knead. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 50°C. Form dumplings, cover with tea towels, and let rise for another 30 minutes. Steam for 12-14 minutes.
