Yeast Lentils with Buttermilk
The perfect yeast lentils with buttermilk recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 ml Buttermilk
- 0,5 dice Yeast
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 1 Pr Salt
- 120 g Sugar
- 300 g Flour
- Oil to fry
- To sprinkle on:
- Cinnamon sugar, jam, applesauce …….
- Warm the breast milk to lukewarm and dissolve the yeast in it.
- Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- Mix the yeast buttermilk, the sugar and the 3 egg yolks with the mixer until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the flour and stir in. Finally, carefully fold in the stiff egg white and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry 3 small pancakes in it. Keep the finished pizzas warm in the oven at 50 ° until they are all done.
