Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 160 g butter (very soft)
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ lemon(s), grated peel
- 50 ml sour cream
- Jam, poppy seed or nut filling
- 1 egg white, for brushing the edges
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a dough hook and then knead on a well-floured board. Divide the dough in half, flour the board again and roll out the dough: 1st option – cut out circles and place some jam, poppy seed or nut filling, or Nutella in the middle. Brush half of the edge with egg white, fold together and press the edges down. Place on a prepared baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for approx. 15-20 minutes, then sprinkle with icing sugar. 2nd option – roll out the dough, spread with jam, roll up, cut off approx. 1.5cm wide pieces and place these cut-side down on the prepared baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for approx. 15-20 minutes, then spread with hot jam.
