Kohlrabi-potato soup

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 350 g kohlrabi
  • 450 g potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s) (green pointed pepper)
  • 250 g zucchini
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 garlic
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds (whole)
  • Lovage, fresh
  • 1 ½ liters of broth
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • Sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the potatoes and kohlrabi, then dice them, along with the peppers and zucchini. Finely chop the onion and fry in heated oil until golden brown. Then add the flour and fry briefly. Pour in the soup and stir well with a whisk. Add the vegetables, garlic, caraway, salt, pepper, and lovage, and simmer for about 20-25 minutes. Then puree about half the vegetables, season to taste. Drizzle a little sour cream over the soup to serve.
