Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 jars of beans, yellow
- 1 can corn kernels
- 1 can kidney beans
- 3 tbsp oil (e.g. rapeseed oil)
- 3 tbsp vinegar (e.g. white balsamic vinegar)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- herbal salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with corn and kidney beans
Drain the yellow beans, kidney beans, and corn. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serves well with grilled meat or meatballs.
