Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 jars of beans, yellow
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 3 tbsp oil (e.g. rapeseed oil)
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (e.g. white balsamic vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • herbal salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with corn and kidney beans

Drain the yellow beans, kidney beans, and corn. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serves well with grilled meat or meatballs.
