Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g lentils, yellow
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 4 tbsp neutral oil, e.g. grapeseed oil, olive oil, etc.
- 4 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 handful of wild herbs, e.g. ribwort plantain, meadowsweet, wild garlic leaves, ground elder, nettle tips, etc.
- 1 clove(s) garlic or several wild garlic buds

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Place the yellow lentils in a sieve and briefly rinse with cold water. Then cook the lentils in the vegetable broth for about 15 minutes. While still lukewarm, add them to the blender. Add the oil, sesame seeds, and lemon juice and blend well. Chop the herbs and garlic, or wild garlic buds, and add them to the blender and blend well. Season with salt and pepper. Whole-grain toast and tomato slices go well with this dish.
