  • 1 scoop of ice cream (lemon sorbet)
  • 5 cl Prosecco Spumante
  • 3 cl liqueur (Limoncello)

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Sparkling wine cocktail with sorbet

Pour lemon sorbet into a chilled champagne flute or cocktail glass. Pour in the Prosecco and top with limoncello. This cocktail is versatile: as an aperitif or digestif, as a midcourse or refresher in a meal, or simply on its own.
