Whey drink fruit bomb

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • ½ pineapple
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 100 g blueberries or raspberries, frozen
  • 100 ml buttermilk
  • 100 ml pineapple juice
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • some nutmeg, freshly grated
  • some lovage, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A spontaneous idea made from fruits and dairy products

Core and finely chop the apple, and place it in a container (at least 1 liter capacity). Peel and finely chop the pineapple, kiwi, banana, and orange, and add them to the container. Add the berries (still frozen) and blend everything with a hand blender until creamy. Stir in the buttermilk, yogurt, and pineapple juice. Season to taste and serve chilled.
