Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tomatoes, yellow
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 chili pepper(s), yellow
- 1 stalk of basil
- 1 small shallot(s) or onion
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 pinch(s) rosemary
- 1 pinch(s) of oregano

Cut all ingredients into large pieces and blend with a hand blender. Season to taste. For pasta sauce, bring everything to a boil briefly. For pizza sauce, simply pour it onto the dough and top with the toppings. The oven will do the rest. Optionally, you can also add other vegetables, such as carrots, celery, mushrooms, etc. It’s all up to your liking.
