Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g green beans
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp minced meat or beef, diced
- 2 beefsteak tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- Salt
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
Green beans
Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter, then add the ground beef. Continue roasting until the juices have evaporated. Add the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes, the beans, and salt. Slowly sauté over low heat. Add water and continue cooking until the beans are tender. Tip: I make this without ground beef, but I like to cook it with beef (finely diced).
