Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 450 g Greek yogurt (10%)
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 50 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ tsp lemon zest (organic lemon!)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 40 ml amaretto syrup
- some amarena cherries for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix the yogurt with powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt. Pour the ingredients into the ice cream bowl, let the machine run for 40 minutes, then carefully stir in the syrup. Serve garnished with the cherries.
