Yogurt and chive dip

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 1 small bunch of chives, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the yogurt with the crushed garlic clove and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the chives, if desired, and stir in. A pinch of sweet paprika can also be added to taste. Garnish the dip with some finely chopped chives. Serve the dip with raw vegetables, with potatoes, simply as a spread on bread, as a dip for nachos, or much more. Just experiment and find out what you like best.
