Yogurt and Mint Dip with Cucumber

The perfect yogurt and mint dip with cucumber recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Solid yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Cream
  • 1 Mini cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly chopped mint
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 0,5 teaspoon Honey liquid
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • Green pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  1. Peel and dice the cucumber. Cut the spring onion into rings.
  2. Mix the yoghurt with the cream until creamy. Add the diced cucumber, onion rings, mint, olive oil and garlic and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper and let rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. I had vegetable sticks and a roll with it.
