Ingredients
- 1 large Cucumber
- 1 small Onion
- 1 tbsp Mint leaves
- 0,5 tsp Dill tips
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- 4 tbsp Herb vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, sugar
Instructions
- Peel the cucumber and finely slice it. Salt lightly and set aside.
- Finely chop the mint leaves and dill. Cut the onion into small cubes and mix with the yogurt, vinegar, olive oil and the herbs. Season to taste with pepper and sugar.
- Drain the water from the cucumbers and mix them with the yogurt mix.
- Sometimes I leave out the yoghurt ... tastes delicious too!
