Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • Fruits, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes

The day before, combine the yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the yogurt mixture. Line a sieve with a clean tea towel and place it over a large bowl. Pour the mixture into the sieve and refrigerate overnight. The next day, tip the yogurt mixture out of the sieve onto a plate. Arrange the prepared fruit decoratively around the yogurt bomb.
