Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- ½ lemon(s), the peel
- 4 eggs
- 240 g flour
- 70 g cornstarch
- 180 g yogurt (e.g. stracciatella flavor)
- 10 g baking powder
- 250 g plums or apricots
- 50 g raisins
Instructions

with apricots or plums
Core the fruit and cut into small pieces. Combine softened butter with sugar and lemon zest. Add the eggs and beat until creamy. Then stir in the flour and cornstarch mixed with the baking powder and yogurt. Finally, stir in the fruit pieces and raisins with a spoon. Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 45 minutes (test with a toothpick).
