Yogurt cake with cocoa

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g margarine
  • 225 g sugar
  • 220 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of clove(s), ground
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for approximately 45 minutes.
