Yogurt Cakes
The perfect yogurt cakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Becher-200 g
- 1 a cup Natural yogurt, lemon or pineapple
- 4 Eggs
- 1 a cup Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 a cup Oil
- 3 a cup Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (fan oven 160 degrees) and grease the mini baking molds well.
- Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well with the hand mixer to form a smooth dough.
- Fill the dough into the molds and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 to 35 minutes. Don’t forget to test the chopsticks !!!!!!!
- Take the finished cakes out of the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes in the mold, take them out and let them cool down.
- Now decorate the cakes as you like with powdered sugar, cake icing or icing.
