Aperitif: Bramble

The perfect aperitif: bramble recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 10 cl Gin
  • 20 cl Blackberry syrup
  • 5 cl Sugar syrup
  • 750 ml Prosecco sparkling wine
  • Crushed ice
  • 5 Pc. Blackberries
  • 5 Pc. Lemon balm leaves
  1. Put the gin and sugar syrup in a tumbler and stir. Top up with crushed ice. Pour blackberry syrup over it and fill the glass with prosecco. Decorate with fresh blackberries and lemon balm.
