Aperitif: Bramble
The perfect aperitif: bramble recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 10 cl Gin
- 20 cl Blackberry syrup
- 5 cl Sugar syrup
- 750 ml Prosecco sparkling wine
- Crushed ice
- 5 Pc. Blackberries
- 5 Pc. Lemon balm leaves
- Put the gin and sugar syrup in a tumbler and stir. Top up with crushed ice. Pour blackberry syrup over it and fill the glass with prosecco. Decorate with fresh blackberries and lemon balm.
