Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g yogurt, 3.5% fat content
  • ½ tsp chili powder, 1 tsp mango powder (Amchur Powder)
  • 1 tsp spice mix (Chat Masala)*
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the yogurt with the chili powder, mango powder, and chat masala and stir until smooth. Season to taste with powdered sugar and salt. Finally, sprinkle on a pinch of chat masala. If you want to use Turkish or Greek yogurt with 10% fat content, we recommend stirring it with 2-3 tablespoons of water until smooth before adding the spices. *Chat masala – a small batch mix of 1 teaspoon mango powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix everything together well. It’s super quick to make and delicious with various appetizers, Indian curries, and grilled meat.
