Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g natural yogurt (3.5%)
  • 8 cl pineapple juice
  • 2 cl coconut syrup
  • 3 ice cubes or crushed ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the ingredients in a shaker. If using ice cubes, add them as well. Shake. Pour the contents into a glass with ice cubes. If you prefer crushed ice, mix the ingredients without ice, pour the crushed ice into a glass, and top with the yogurt mixture. Alternatively, you can mix the ingredients with any type of blender or whisk.
