Yogurt – Cranberry – Shake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 tbsp cranberries, from the jar
  • 50 g oat flakes, fine
  • 600 ml milk, well chilled
  • 8 tbsp yogurt
  • 4 tbsp ice cream, vanilla
  • Lemon balm

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend all ingredients vigorously in a blender or in a tall mug with an immersion blender until the solids dissolve. Serve immediately. Tip: You can use any yogurt (low-fat, cream yogurt, etc.) you like. A sprig of lemon balm will enhance this fitness drink cocktail.
