Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 oranges
- 4 peach(s)
- 250 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 50 ml lemon juice (health food store) or squeeze 1/2 lemon
- 1 dashes oil (linseed oil)
- Honey, as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and pit the peaches. Peel the orange. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend…or put the fruit in a juicer and then blend with the other ingredients.
