Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 sheets of white gelatin
- 1 lime(s), organic
- 300 g yogurt, whole milk
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar, bourbon
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 200 g whipped cream
- 500 g strawberries
- 50 g meringue(s), ready-made tufts or shells

Soak the gelatine in cold water. Rinse the lime in hot water, dry it, and grate the zest. Squeeze the lime. Mix the yogurt with half the lime zest, lime juice, vanilla sugar, and sugar. Squeeze the gelatine and dissolve it over low heat. First stir in 4 tablespoons of the cream, then stir it into the remaining cream. Chill until it begins to set. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the cream. Chill for at least 4 hours. Wash, hull, and quarter the strawberries. Roughly crumble the meringue. Loosely layer the cream, strawberries, and meringue in one large or 4 small bowls. Sprinkle the remaining lime zest over the top and serve immediately.
