Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 500 g berries
- Cherry brandy or raspberry brandy, whatever should be there
- 9 sheets of gelatin
- 750 g yogurt
- 400 ml cream
- Juice, red fruit juice, if canned fruit, the juice is perfect.

Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 30 minutes
Boil the berries and sugar, reserving a few for garnish. If desired, add the cherry/raspberry or other liqueur. Soak the gelatin in cold water and then squeeze it out and add it to the fruit cream. Let the mixture cool. Fold the whipped cream into the yogurt and then mix with the fruit mixture. Layer the fruit cream in a baking dish: fruit cream, sponge cakes soaked in fruit juice, fruit cream, and top with fruit cream. Decorate with the remaining berries. Drizzle with any remaining juice. Chill for at least 6 hours.
