Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g white wine vinegar
  • 125 g water
  • 75 g sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • 10 g vegetable stock
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 30 g mustard, medium hot
  • 50 g rapeseed oil
  • 2 tsp salad herbs of your choice, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

with preparation in TM

Boil the white wine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and bouillon powder for 10 minutes (alternatively, in a Thermomix for 10 minutes/100 degrees Celsius/speed 1). Then add the yogurt, mustard, rapeseed oil, and salad herbs and blend thoroughly (in a Thermomix for 10 seconds/speed 5).
