Yogurt dressing for green salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp, heaped mustard (honey mustard)
  • 1 ½ tbsp lime juice
  • 1 orange(s), juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 small apple
  • possibly herbs
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blend the yogurt and honey mustard with the lime juice until smooth. Add the sugar, salt, and the juice of one squeezed orange. I also like to use some orange flesh. Halve the apple (the other half is for the muesli). Remove the cores, cut lengthwise into thin strips, and then crosswise into fine sticks. Stir immediately into the salad dressing to prevent the apples from browning. Peel the onion and finely dice it. Stir it into the dressing along with the finely chopped chives. If you like herbs and garlic, just add them and adjust the seasoning to taste. Goes wonderfully with all types of green salad or cucumber.
